Peanuts are high in protein, including all the essential amino acids. It is rich in vitamins A, group B, D, E, PP, silicon, cobalt, manganese, copper, magnesium and phosphorus. Nuts also contain polyphenols, which are antioxidants. However, it does not contain cholesterol.
