Forbs - called honey collected from flowering plants, herbs and trees growing in the same area. Honey is harvested from May to August. They are harvested from unique honey plants and medicinal herbs, many of which grow only in Altai: sweet clover, white hellebore, clover, sunflower, raspberry, Ivan-tea, buckwheat, meadowsweet and much more.
