Description
This chocolate is a perfectly balanced chocolate with a slight bitterness. Whole roasted cocoa beans fill the taste of cocoa. The chocolate is designed by Belgian chocolatiers at Callebaut. This chocolate is used in the manufacture of chocolate figures, sweets, fillings and ganache. Often chocolatiers use Belgian chocolate to make confectionery. Chocolate is produced in cullets, since such packaging allows confectioners to more prudently waste and rationally dose chocolate. In callets, chocolate melts much more easily and smoothly turns into a liquid state than a tile.
