A filling is wrapped in a suluguni cheese pancake, in which, as a rule, nadugi cheese serves as the basis. There are five most popular fillings in the assortment: with mint, with bell pepper, with red hot pepper-paprika, with dill and with parsley. We do the same with walnuts.
