Composition
Normalized pasteurized cow's milk, sourdough based on lactic acid and thermophilic bacteria, boiled table salt (contains anti-tracking agent potassium ferrocyanide), preservative sodium nitrate, annatto dye, calcium chloride sealer, enzyme preparation of animal origin: pepsin, chymosin.
Storage conditions
Store for no more than 120 days at a temperature of -4 to +10C and a relative humidity of no more than 90%.
