It contains approximately 13.4-14.5% of dry matter, among which the sugar index is 8.7-10%. Pleasant aroma and sweetness of taste are preserved, regardless of any types of heat treatment. The purpose of the variety is universal: beetroot can be consumed fresh, and various salads or vegetable smoothies can be prepared from it.
